Program Applicants

  Interested firms can use this form to apply to join the Tidebreak reseller partner program.

Registered Resellers

• Sales Opportunity Registration (SOR) Form

  Resellers can use this form to register a qualified sales opportunity that they are actively pursuing. An online version of the SOR form is also available.

  (Tidebreak will cofirm SOR via email within 2 business days of receipt.)

• Reseller Purchase Order Form

  Resellers use this form is for ordering Tidebreak products that will be resold to customer organizations.
